Classes

In addition to attending events and additional training sessions, we run regular classes every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday in Godstone, Wallington and Coulsdon. These classes cover the full martial art syllabus and form the foundation for your training at CYTA.

All our classes are covered under one monthly fee, leaving you the flexibility to fit your training around your life. Although we have a number of venues we train at, you’ll find that the instructors and many of the students train and teach at all our classes, ensuring a consistently high standard across our whole club. Coulsdon – All Ages

Located opposite Bradmore Green pond, this class is for those who like to start the weekend with three hours of hard work. The class typically focuses on strength & conditioning, skills & drills and sparring. We recommend that students have attended a few of our other classes before coming along to this one to get a basic understanding of the training involved in Taekwondo.
