For those looking to get involved in Poomsae (Pattern) competition, this is a training seminar being run by British Taekwondo coaches and is open to Blue Belts and above. The location is in Hemel Hempstead and the cost for training is £20

Relaxed sparring and poomsae match day for all grades. Perfect as a warm up before the main competitions or as an introduction to competition. We will drive up and back in the same day. (Location: NP19 4PQ)

Sparring championships for all grades. As the competition is in Barnsley we will travel up the day before (on Sat 16th). Places are limited so please let us know if you would like to take part.
